She guarantees a smooth appointment schedule, and can answer
all questions relating to the day’s organization.
After the welcome and registration at the reception, you are
accompanied to your individual waiting area, where CEO
Prof. Dr. Gerald Kleymann and one of the medical specialists
from the Primedica team will welcome you.
After an accurate review of your medical records, your detailed
examination schedule is planned.
After taking a blood sample and a physical examination,
the customer representative guides you through the separate
modules of the check-up and arranges the complete schedule.
Meanwhile the first examination results are analyzed
and discussed by our team.
You can bridge the time gaps in between examinations
by relaxing, reading, calling a friend or surfing the web.
After a maximum of only four hours, the comprehensive premium
check-up results are available and will be discussed with you.
We show you all the data directly on the computer screen and are
keen to answer any questions that might arise.
You will be handed out a document with a detailed prevention
program including our recommendations. We can then,
upon request, arrange follow-up appointments for personal training,
stress coaching or nutritional consultation.
